[starttext]Propaganda anti-tabagismo da British Heart Foundation (Fundação Britância do Coração).O objetivo é conscientizar os fumantes sobre os danos do fumo ao organismo. Para isso usou a metáfora de um caroço sob a pele que parte do cigarro do fumante até o coração. Além disso, a música de fundo  é perfeita para essa mensagem com frases como "I've got you under my skin" eu tenho você sob a minha pele; "i´ve got you deep in the heart of me" Eu tenho você bem no fundo do meu coração".
